I'm Baaackk!

Hello out there blogging world.

Well here we are 4 months after my last post, where I said I was going to blog more. Guess I dropped the ball on that one, oopsie. But here I am again to say, I am going to try, and feel free to pester me in the comments if I don't get back to it soon. 

Right now my darling boyfriend Sam is here with me staying for the month. We're in the middle of a blizzard right now and let's be honest for a minute here. Winter sucks, majorly majorly sucks. The storm isn't even over yet and there's a drift halfway up the kitchen window and climbing, I doubt by the end of the night we'll be able to see out the window at all haha. 

But anyways enough about the doom and gloom that is winter, lets talk about the doom and gloom that was this last Friday the 13th! 

As I said my boyfriend is here right now so we decided to do a little creepy Friday the 13th/Valentines day photo shoot for some fun and I thought I'd share some of my favorite ones here. 

Sorry this post is so photo heavy I just really loved these. We even managed to get Ollie in on the act and his face in that last photo is just so perfect. 

My Sam just started up his own blog The Haunter is in so you should go check him out, for a touch more of the dark quirkiness.

Buttons!

A couple of weekends ago I went to a church sale and I got a tin that was chock full of wonderful buttons! a mix of vintage and modern and even some antique ones! There are seriously hundreds of them. When I dumped the tin out to start sorting them I was shocked at the vast array. And the best part? The whole lot of them was only a dollar! 

I can't wait to start using them on projects! Anyways here are some photos of when I first dumped the tin out.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everybody!
I hope you are all having a great day, and eating some great food. I just wanted to write a quick post and share some photos I took of the eggs I dyed.
The sand art kit I got and the tie dye kit failed pretty badly. I was pretty disappointed since the tie dye kits I've gotten before had turned out so amazingly. But hey it was still fun.

Snowy Photos For a Rainy Day

Hi!
Today I just wanted to share some photos I took awhile back. Before it became a giant muddy icky mess outside. I may not like the cold and snow much but I gotta say it's prettier then mud.

So today it's raining out and I feel totally unmotivated to actually do anything, even though I have a thousand things I should be doing. But hopefully the three glasses of orange juice I had will perk me up and I'll be able to get something done.
I can't believe there is only a week left till spring officially starts! I can't wait!
