So what to wear for ladies night. this was kind of a hard one. I honestly don't have very many female friends, I tends to be one of those girls who gets along better with guys. So needless to say I've never really gone to a ladies night. But here is my best stab at it!
Sweater: Thrifted, no tag, 50cents.
Tank top: Walmart?,OP, under 3$.
Shorts: Mardens, Red Rivet, 4$ (shortend/distressed by me)
Tights: Really old I honestly don't remember a thing about them.
shoes:Mardens, Twiggy, 6$
Fly earings: Handmade by my mom.
I went with an outfit that was comfy. I love the green of this sweater, but I wish the sweater itself was either longer or more cropped, because the length it is now is kinda weird. but I still like it a lot.
It's hard to believe I'm only wearing one thrifted item. But I sort of count Mardens stuff as thrifted, even though it all comes new with tags. One of these days I have to do a post about what Mardens is exactly.
So the fly earrings, my mom made these back in the 1990's when she was still making jewelry. I've never seen anything else she made back then but if they were all like this, then I think they would have been really awesome! They just seem so whimsical, and are for sure one of a kind.
Oh please excuse the mess behind me in these photos (yes the is a Nintendo 64 on the floor), I just had to pose with my new chair! I am so in love with it! I got it at a used furniture place for really cheap. It is vintage, and it's in perfect shape. plus it is so comfortable! Even the color is perfect (to me that is).
I'm also really sorry about not posting that much, but there is a lot going on at home right now, and I've hardly had time to breath. So please don't give up on my blog, I will get to posting more when things calm down I promise!
Don't forget to Check out the other Ladies and what they are wearing for ladies night!
