What to Wear - While Camping

Hi everyone

Here is another installment of What To Wear. I can't believe it's already Thursday! Where on earth did this week go? I really dropped the ball on blogging this week which really sucks. 

Anyways this week we are showing off what we wear well camping. I honestly went to Pinterest for inspiration, even though I just went camping I just couldn't think of a good outfit. I mean shorts and a t shirt, isn't that what everyone wears camping? So after lots of Pinterest searching I decided to take inspiration from all those old posters and pictures and such of people camping. You know the kind where the woman are always wearing dresses and such. I didn't grasp the vision as much as I would have liked but I think I did alright.

Dress, Thrifted, Vintage, 1$

Shoes, Marden's, Piper & Blue, 2$ or 3$

I had to have my vintage flash light in this post, I love it and it actually works though I don't have batteries in it. I also felt a little more like Nancy Drew in this then I did like a camper but oh well Nancy Drew is awesome. Oh and these are my first outfit photos taken outside! I was pretty proud but I knew I had to take them outside for this prompt. The bugs were horrid and my hair went flat very quickly but I was still happy. I definitely need some practice with outside outfit photos but at least I took the first step!

Pinterest Findings

Hello hello!

I just wanted to share some things I've found on Pinterest lately. 

I'm not sure that I'm very fond of this new Pinterest embed thing, I really liked the old way but I guess we'll see how it works out.
Lately before bed all I seem to do is sit and browse Pinterest or watch Youtube videos. I feel really bad about how much I've let blogging slip, but life has been so crazy and weird lately that I just can't concentrate. Every time I sit down to update this little blog of mine, I seem to just forget what I was going to write and I just forget about it. So again I am so sorry that I haven't been in the blogging world lately but I truly am trying  so please stick with me well I get life under control. Thank you all.

Just Pin it!

Hi-o everyone,
So I didn't get to do a post yesterday like I said I would because my net was being weird.
The Weather lately here in Maine has been crazy, one day its -15 degrees F, the next its up to  the mid 50s! It sure does make getting dressed interesting.
One of my new years resolutions was to Try and get dressed every day instead of staying in my pajamas. When you work from home it's pretty hard to get yourself motivated to actually put clothes on, but honestly it is so worth it! I feel o much more motivated when I'm dressed. I'm doing really well at keeping my resolution, I'm pretty darn proud of myself!
So Today I'm going to post some stuff that's caught my eye on Pinterest lately. I really do spend to much time on Pinterest.

 I have a great love of pinwheels. And my family has an inside joke about them, thanks to that add with the pig and the pinwheels.

Well those are some of the things that I've been enjoying on Pinterest lately. It feels like I just did a post about Pinterest. But I've been so busy lately I haven't had a chance to do a good post. I promise I am trying!

Tomorrow I'm going to my favorite thrift shops end of the month 2$ a bag sale. All the clothes you can fit in a bag for 2 bucks? Yeah you know I'll be there! If I find any real treasures I'll post about them.

So here are some things that I found on Pinterest this week. I will fully admit that I am 100% addicted to Pinterest. It is an amazing site and an excellent resource, it's also helped me realize that there are way more people like me out there, that I am not alone in my interests and other people like the same things I do. 

That's something that is so amazing about the internet it makes you see that you aren't a total weirdo for liking what you do or acting how you act. I've gotten called a hipster more times then I can count and honestly I'm ok with that, because there are other people like me, and thanks to the internet and sites like Pinterest I've been able to get to know people like me, and for that I am thankful.
